Meet Megan Driscoll
ALA's expert in the realm of career development in the biotechnology industry. Megan is a guru extraordinaire as an on-site career counselor at ALA's annual LabAutomation conference and exhibition as well as an accomplished author and noted lecturer with such organizations as the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), American Chemical Society (ACS), American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT), and the Controlled Release Society (CRS), to name a few.

Megan is the founder of PharmaLogics Recruiting and serves as the President of the company. She has been recruiting in the biotechnology industry for 10 years. While Megan's particular focus is in the placement of process development and manufacturing professionals, her company offers placement opportunities in several areas of specialization. With contacts nationwide, Megan's company focuses on retained searches for companies large and small, as well as teaming with related scientific societies to help support education and continuing career development.
